Financial Policies and Information
We offer the following options for the payment of your dental treatment:
- For your convenience we accept cash, Care Credit, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We no longer accept checks.
- A 5% discount is given to patients who prefer to pay with cash.
- We can help you pursue other financing options available. We highly recommend CareCredit because of the low monthly payments and typically they do not charge interest on your balance if it is paid off in less than 12 months.

A Reminder About Dental Insurance
If your insurance company refuses to pay or pays less than you think it should, you must remember that dental insurance is designed to offset the cost of your dental treatment. It is unusual for all of the charges to be paid by insurance.
Our business office staff at First Impressions Family Dentistry will strive to help you obtain your maximum benefits by prompt and efficient processing of your claims. At our office we have the capability to submit electronic claims for your treatment the same day of your appointment. This greatly increases the speed that the claim is processed and your reception of the reimbursement from your insurance company.
